Question

I put on a new catylatic convertor, drove home and the check engine light came back on with the same code po430. Why?

Hi there,

It is possible there is an issue with the rear O2 sensor, you may have installed it on the wrong bank. It is also possible that the code is a result of the different detergents and additives used in the fuel as the weather changes.
