P2263 Ford - where is a good place to start looking to fix this problem

Question

The dpf/ cat is deleted this truck has a sct tune. A very strong and sharp smell comes in the cab when you try to give it a lot of gas and it sounds like air is leaking from somewhere where the foot pedals are at. Also has very little air flow coming out of the tail pipe.
