P1441 Chevrolet - Where is the EVAP canister purge solenoid located on 1997 Chevy Blazer

I am trying to find where the EVAP canister purge solenoid is located on my 97 blazer since it's generating a P1441 fault code and it says this is the cause.

Here is a diagram of it's location. It's mounted to the top of the engine.
