I have changed/replaced cam/crank position monitor

Hi there,

The code is for the cam position actuator on the intake cam. This is not a code for the cam position sensor. This is the actuator for the variable timing solenoid.

If this has been replaced, then the actuator itself could be the problem, electrical issues to the solenoid or the timing chain itself could be the problem.
