2005 Ford Focus 2.0L with engine code P0193

Question

My check engine light has been on for a few days, I finally was able to run a diagnostic on it and it told me the fuel rail pressure sensor high input. So, I changed the pressure sensor and my car won't start and the diagnosis is telling me the same thing
