Hi there,

P0015 is a timing over advance code, P0171 and P0174 are both lean codes. Meaning the fuel mixture is not rich enough or doesn't have enough fuel in it to make the computer happy. It is likely there is a timing issue causing the cam sensor code, if the timing is off it can also cause the lean fuel mixture issue. i would start by checking the timing. If the timing is good, then replace the cam position sensor, and check the fuel pressure which can cause the lean fuel mix on both banks as well as the mass air flow sensor.
