P0159 - 02 Signal Slow B252

Question

Replaced Oxygen Sensor (after check engine light diagnostic code called for this action) and 2 weeks later, the check engine light came back on steady (not flashing).  Had it scanned again and was told diagnostic error code was P0159 - 02 Signal Slow B252

Not sure how to proceed now. Please advise.
