2000 ford taurus cylinder 1 & 2 misfiring

Question

change coil pack
changed plugs and wires
changed upper and lower intake manifold gaskets
changed valve cover and egr gaskets
changed air pump relay
fixed all antifreeze leaks
changed transmition speed sensor changed water pump
changed radiator
changed reservoir
changes oil and filter
changer tranmition fluid and filter
compression test was good

the motor is a 6 cylinder U 3.0L EFI and it has a cylinder 1 and 2 misfire?

I would check the fuel injectors. Possibly swap them with the ones next to them and see if the misfires move with them. If they do then you know the issue is with the injectors and they need to be replaced. I would also try a leak down test. Sometimes that test will pick up something the compression test misses.
