Question

I have a chevy cobalt 2005 and I just put a new gas cap, but when I start to go more faster it tells me to check my gas cap. So I don't know why or what is happening to my car. Thanks

Hi there,

You need to have it checked out. The fuel cap is only one area that can cause this particular code, so once you have replaced it, then the issue is somewhere else in the evap system on the car.
