P1299 Ford- Grand Marquise

My check engine light is on and I got this code P1299 and don't have no clue what it mean I know I gotta get a Thermostat Cause I'm leaking Antifreeze From it. Could this be the reason..

The code is for the cylinder head temp sensor. The coolant leak could be causing the code, especially if the car is running hot. Resolve the leak, then clear the codes and see if it returns.
