I replaced the starter in my 2006 Honda accord with a junk yard starter. now car will not start it pulls codes po108, po123,po223, which lead to the throttle position sensor. I thought it was on the throttle body but found out its is on the app also my D and N flash on my dash when key turned to on position. Rapid clicking noise is heard from throttle body, throttle body position sensor and from accelerator pedal. where should I start for a diagnostic?

P0108 MAP sensor circuit voltage high

P0123 TPS sensor A circuit high voltage

P0223 TP sensor B circuit high voltage

In order to remove the starter the intake manifold would have to be removed, circuit high code are caused when there is no contact or connection to that sensor, recheck the connection, you have a disconnection.

Here on the intake recheck these connection.
