the rpm no go more than 2500 when i push the pedal gas

Depends on the engine size there is the 7.3 and 6.0, If this is the 7.3 check for missing turbo bolts, and replace if missing. For both engine if the RPM will not go more that 2500 check for disconnected tubes.

 Check the tubes any disconnected tube will surely not allow the vehicle to go more than 2500 RPM.
