2013 GMC Sierra 2500HD with engine code P203D, what does this mean?

P203D - Reductant Level Sensor Circuit High on 2013 GMC Sierra 2500HD.
What does this mean and what troubleshooting can be done to determine what needs to be repaired/replaced?

Circuit "High Circuit" code means there is a disconnection of that component at the fuel tank check for any wire that may have come out from its socket if good and no open circuit the level sensor will need to be replaced.
