I loaned out my truck it came back and he said it ran out of gas , my friend and I checked the engine codes and got a 33 and a 13. The truck almost starts is not getting fuel and when it did start at first there wasn't enough power to move it 2 feet. please help me understand what these codes mean

33 A/C clutch relay circuit

13 No variation in MAP sensor signal.

You need to do a fuel pressure test, If the vehicle ran out of fuel this would result in low fuel pressure, and a cough though the intake,this would set a MAP sensor code, If you confirm that there is no fuel going though the problem is fuel related and code 33 is the result of the fuel pressure condition. If the fuel pressure is good you would need a MAP sensor.The specification for the fuel pressure is 31 psi with key on engine off.
