I have a code reading P0133, slow circuit response Bank 1 and engine misfire on 1,2, and 3

I would start by locating the reason for the misfires. This could be a result of the truck needing a tune up, or possibly some sort of timing or intake gasket leak. Once that is resolved, clear the codes and see if the code for the O2 sensor comes back. If it does, replace the sensor.
