2004 Citroen Berlingo 2.0L HDI with engine code P0183

Question

Hi I have a fault code coming up on my car and it is preventing my car from starting this is the fault code what can I do P1351 IDM input circuit Malfunction/Ignition coil control circuit High voltage I also have p1350 p1351 p1352 and my engine won't start I took it from a running car I was using and that was A Peugeot Partner and put it in my citron billing go I have changed the ECU and ring around ignition and had a new key programs but still won't start I have also changed the fuel tank and the fuel pump at the back as I know the fuel pump at the front is working fine any help would be great
