P0340 BMW - would this trigger a p1188, p1189 code ?

i have the p0340 code. would that trigger a p1188, p1189 also, because i checked the intake, oil separator hose.

P1189 Fuel trim limit exceeded

Yes this camshaft sensor code will set P1188 and P1189, what happens when you get a P0340 the signal from the camshaft sensor is invalid or there is no signal. The ECM uses this signal for fuel injection timing.
