Hi there,

Basically this code is for an electrical issue on cylinder #4. This is either the coil itself or the wiring to the coil. If the computer picks up the misfire it can determine if the cause is electrical or fuel related. This particular code generally means you have a bad coil over plug, or spark plug. Possibly the wiring out to the coil is bad. Coil would be the most common problem.
