I have a po122, po172, po410 codes on my 2001 Saturn L series. no power and "chokes" out at2500rpm.

throttle poisoning sensor voltage checked out good. car has no power and sputters like its choked out around 2500 rpms

P0122 Throttle position sensor circuit low

P0172 Fuel trim too rich Bank 1

P0410 Secondary air injection system malfunction

When the engine has a P0172 this would certainly choke out the vehicle, Choking out at a higher RPM  this would indicate a inspection for a plugged exhaust system
