2004 Hyundai Santa Fe idles rough and when in gear will hardly move. sometimes vehicle won't start, it runs rough, and now when I put it in gear the vehicle will hardly move.

This could indicate multiple misfires. If the timing belt has jumped time this can happen and the car won't have much power. If there isn't any check engine light on then it may be the mass air flow sensor. If the light is on, check the codes. If you have multiple misfires all on the same bank on the engine, then it's likely the timing belt has jumped time.
