P0730 Dodge -durango 2011

Question

The print out says the transmission is trying to mechanically shift to a lower gear than intended.,causes tcm fault or mechanically transmission fault, what does that mean. Is it expensive and would my warranry cover it, i have a 3yr 36,000 mile warranty and I've had the truck for 6 months
