trailblazer, 03 code 1120 new throttle body what could be wrong

New engine put in, code 1120, changed throttle body, still has same code, ses and reduced power lights, barely moved

This could indicate an electrical issue with the wiring to the throttle. You might need a scan tool that can read the throttle position. If you don't see it or don't get voltage then check the wiring to the throttle body.
