2004 Ford Focus Zetec 2.0L with engine code P0193

Question

I got a 2004 Ford Focus Zetec 2.0L, this code popped up on a reader. Should I replace the fuel pressure sensor or do I need more info on it?

P0193 Fuel rail pressure sensor circuit high

Circuit high code are disconnection either at the sensor harness connection or internal of the sensor, When this code comes up you satisfy the code, if the problem is with the sensor being internally disconnected you replace the sensor, you can not do a fuel pressure test it would be invalid . This code is more of a sensor problem
