05 Dodge grand caravan 3.3L
Original code was the upstream o2 trim too rich, so I replaced that as well as plugs and wires for multiple cylinder misfire. Engine light came on again a few days later with the P2097 Code. Is it worth replacing the downstream o2 sensor. Or is it likely that it is the catalytic converter itself that is bad? Van shakes bad when idle in drive and very bad in reverse all around

Hi there,

If the van is still running poorly you have to find out why before you purchase the sensor. It's not likely the sensor causing the problem, but the sensor showing that the van is still running to rich and causing the code.
