I got the code P1698 on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Edition 4.7L V8 and no start?

I drive the vehicle for a while park it and go to start it a little bit later and i get nothing.
No click, no crank nothing I have full power everywhere.
wait a little while and the vehicle starts and will start sometimes if you press on brakes when turning key.
