Could cylinder 6 spark plug and coil cause these 2 codes or is there a bigger problem

Hi there,

It is likely the coil causing both codes. What I would do is swap #6 with the one next to it and see if the misfire moves with it. If it does, then replace the coil. If not, then you may have an issue with the fuel injector on #6.
