P0660 Isuzu - rodeo 3.5l check engine and reduced power on

Question

ive taken the throttle body off and cleaned, and cleared the check engine light off. I would go drive it and less than 2 miles it would have the check engine light come on and also the reduced power would come on, BUT it would go away after 10 seconds. Im thinking it is the plug for the valve. But also think the electric valve is just going out and that means buying a throttle body valve assembly.
