P0036 Toyota - does check engine light turns on because of a blown fuse

Question

check engine light in my sienna 03 use to turn on then turn off by it self for a while , then it came on.

is't a fuse which is not good any more and need to be replaced.

These codes point to a bad O2 sensor, not a fuse issue. It is also possible the wiring to the sensor is the problem but normally the sensor itself is the issue. You need a scan tool that can read live data from the sensors to determine which of the 4 are the problem.
