2000 vw gti vr6 fuel injector circuit short to positive cylinder 5

Question

ive replaced spark plugs, wires and coil packs. im getting the p1217 code and its very annoying, Rough idle, misfires on cylinders 1,5 and 6. the misfires go away and come back at times.... what should i do first to fix this pronlem?????

P1217 Cylinder 5 fuel injector circuit short to B+

Is this the only code, replace the number 5 cylinder injector.
