P0135 Toyota - 4 runner 2.7 Manuel trans

Question

I have a 1996 4 runner 2.7 . Manurl trans over 200,000 mi. Running a little ruff . Doesn't idler in start up
After warm up , engine idle is high , 1 - 1 1/2 . Power is low- low / med. Has less than 15 mi./gal.
Do i need to rebuild ? Or ? Any advice would be appreciative .. Tnx Jess P. 808

HI there,

The code is only for a O2 sensor issue. This wouldn't cause all of the engine power and gas mileage issues. I would check this for a problem with a plugged converter or bad mass air flow sensor.
