P0017 KIA - Should I be driving the car?

2011 KIA Sorento. Check engine light came on today. Just purchased the car from a kia dealership as a “CERTIFIED PRE OWNED” had 28k on the odometer. after the first week it landed back at the shop because of bad rod and bearing. They replaced the small block entirely. Now, a few weeks later the Engine Indicator light came on. The car seems to idle just fine and drives just fine around town and on the freeway. Am I about to ruin something in a big way or what? Should I have this looked at right away? Lastly, could this have been the results from the work just done to it?

The car should be under warranty. Kia has 10year or 100,000 mile warranty, take it to the dealer
