I have just recently replaced both o2 sensors and the cat converter and am getting p0054 code. What is my fix?

Vehicle: buick lacrosse cxl 2005

P0054 H02S heater resistance Bank 1 Sensor 2

Sensor 2 are the downstream 02 sensor which is the catalytic monitor sensor, when you have this code what it mean is the ECM does not see the Bank 1 Sensor 2 02 sensor , this mainly a disconnection of the 02 sensor
