The car has 2 O2 sensors, the code P0135 is for the front O2 sensor heater. This is typically the heater element inside the sensor and resolved by replacing the sensor itself.

P0141 is for the rear O2 sensor heater.

Fuse 9 and fuse 18 in the box under the hood could be blown and cause this issue.
