2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS 3.8L V6 wont start

Question

Just cranked it a couple days ago and ran fine. Went out today to move it and it won't hit a lick. The radio has an error message on the display and the red light beside it is on. Tried to jump it off but doesn't seem to be taking charge. Any suggestions would be appreciated seeing as I am currently trying to sell said vehicle.

Starter should be checked, unless you can direct connect the starter , you may just have a starter issue,
