check engine light on test run gives codes P0517 , P0700, and P2000 - what do they mean?

I've been told these are major and will cost upwards of $4500-5000 to repair (it's a 2004 Jeep Libert with 118,000+ miles on it); the car is not worth that much and I need to decide what to do soon.
