These codes are for the converters on the exhaust manifold. Nissan splits them into 2 converters even though there is only one converter. Because there are 4 O2 sensors it reads like 2.

Typically the code simply means the converters aren't cleaning the exhaust to the spec set in the ecm. This can be caused by the rear O2 sensors or the converter itself. Because you have codes for both converters, it is likely the car needs a new converter.

A scan tool is required to read the input from the rear O2 sensors.
