P1132 Ford - Change fuel pump

Hi i change my fuel pump on my 2001 Ford Crown Victoria now its running horrible and giving my check engine light the codes are P1132 AND P1152 please help thank you

P1132 and P1152 is the result of a horrible running condition. These code condition are a lack of switching , check for vacuum leaks , this be the first inspection use a brake cleaner and spray at suspected area and not any difference in the RPM, which may lead you to the source of the problem
