P0102 -can't get light to go away after erasing code

Service engine soon light won't go away after erasing the code with the scan tool.The runs much better,the light just keep returning.

Hi there,

If the code will not go away then one of two things are wrong. Either you have an electrical problem with the wiring to the maf sensor, or the maf sensor is defective. I would start with another maf if you used an aftermarket part. They tend to fail quite frequently, if that doesn't resolve it then the wiring harness will need to be tested.
