Replaced ignition coil, fuel pressure regulator not sure why won't start. There is spark, looks like a good spark but I don't know with this P1351 code

Hi there

This code is a problem with the ignition control module. Even though you have spark, it might be happening at the wrong time or not on all cylinders. I would replace the ICM to start.
