Got this code and changed the EFT, started with the simple. Didn't help, feels like it's missing while under a load. Can't find anything on the CCM, is it a part? Any suggestions from this point would be appreciated.

P0183 Engine fuel temperature sensor "A" circuit high input

The EFT is not going to cause a feeling of a miss while under a load, You can have a mifire and it does not have to set a code unless it reaches a certain count. If you have a scantool that can do a KOER (Key on Engine Running ) it would set a code for which cylinder has a misfire or a scantool that has a misfire function test. other than that you misfire. P0183 because this is a circuit high or a disconnection of a sensor it would set right away and it is a code that is capable of suspending any other code even  this slight misfire you have.

For this engine misfire check the sparkplug boots this would set a misfire condition such as this ignition coil boot, You can replace just the igntion coil boot for each cylinder to solve the misfire condition. As for P0183 check the terminal end which may cause a disconnection and check along its harness for a open circuit or cut in the harness. of the EFT
