Monitors on 2006 f150 wont reset, 02 sensor, 02 heater sensor,and catalytic

Readiness monitor, the best way to set the monitors is start the vehicle at a cold start up and let idle for 2 minutes , drive the vehicle as you normally do , and do a highway drive,  for at least one mile,  This would be the first igntion trip. Let the vehicle sit for approximately half hour , and do the same trip again . Making sure that the fuel is between 1/4 and 3/4 .
