What could cause theese 2 codes p0171 & p1195.

Question

I replaced the upstream O2 sensor on a 2000 Durango and all was well for 2 weeks, now getting 2 codes p0171 & p1195. what would be the next step in the solution?

P0171 Fuel trim lean Bank 1

P1195 Bank 1 Sensor 1 slow during catalyst monitor

Exhaust leak  will set this code, listen for any exhaust leak and correct

 Exhaust can set these code condition , a exhaustl leak just prior to the upstream 02 sensor will affect the operation of the front 02 sensor
