U1000 NISSAN -tida 2006

i bought it 2 weeks ago from japan the steering wheel is stiffing up like a manual it is a electronic steering wheel but i dont know about it it iuses senser to work the car

We dont have Nissan Tida here is in US. But many of the Nissan cars that has the U1000 the first thing to do is lossen all the ground connecters clean them with sand paper on the connector and body and retighen the bolts back 

There will be a few by the engine bay and will look like this lossen all the ground connecters clean them with sand paper on the connector and body and retighen the bolts back 

There will also be some under the steering wheel or glove box, I dont have picture of the model or I would post the locations.

You can also add a grounding kit to help the factory grounds since the factory grounds are thin and can lose connecting since you can rust and or have corrosion.
