I have no check engine light on but the code can not be erased and the car will not pass inspection

HI there,

The front heated O2 sensor on bank 2 needs to be replaced. This is the bank closest to the radiator and the sensor that is mounted in the exhaust manifold. If the light is cleared and then comes right back before even starting the car you need to check the circuit as that usually indicates the issue is the power feed to the sensor. The computer isn't seeing the sensor with the key on,
