p0137 keeps coming on, replaced the 02 senors, i dont have any leaks and wiring seems to be good. Could this come up because i had to weld a 02 flange behind my cat and maybe i put that too close to the cat? thanks alot

HI there,

Check the fuses under the hood for a blown one. You also need to use a volt meter or scan tool to look at the info the sensor is sending to the computer.
