showing codes p025a and p069e on my 2011 chevy equinox. can you advise

I am unable to determine what those codes mean

P025A Fuel pump control module enable

P069E Fuel pump control module request mil ilumination

This is for the fuel pump control module located in the back luggage area. Check for any other code beside P025A and P069E, that may have set, other than that just these 2 codes are straight foward, you have a problem with the Fuel pump module
