P0733 Dodge -

Question

so if that p0733 3rd gear ration incorrect
p0700 control unit transmission

i am getting this two messages when iam doing the computer test, also iam facing problem in stifing gare and from 3rd it will not move to 4th gare i want to kw the problem and do u think part is required to be replaced. or whole gare box .

i have changed the gare oil twice but still no use.
