P0133 02 sensor circuit slow response Bank 1 Sensor 1

This is for the upstream 02 sensor, when the 02 sensor is circuit low, either 2 event occurs there is a lean misfire which make the 02 sensor responds slow, or the 02 sensor degraded. depending on the condition of the engine, no misfire , well maintained engine, the fix would be replace the 02 sensor.
