B1676 Ford - 2006 mercury mariner

Question

1. While driving, in dash radio will occasionally looses electrical power (only the radio and nothing else)
2. Driving at over 40 mph and a hard braking will cause engine to stall as though a lost of electrical power to engine; brake light comes on and DTC B1676 registers. Battery voltage is good with KOEO and with engine running.
