P0305 GMC - Yukon

Question

I have replaced plugs and wires. Plug is sparking. This truck is throttle body, so no injectors. Truck seems to run okay with a little stutter. Haven't done compression check yet. Any other Thoughts?

HI there,

Based on what you are saying about the only other thing I would check prior to the compression test would be checking the intake manifold for a vacuum leak. This could cause a misfire on a single cylinder.
